I was new to the system and when i rang the surgery, they explained it very well. The easiness of use takes all the stress out of trying to phone multiple times and constantly getting engaged or in the queue to be answered. I had my blood test and then was followed up by an phone call and help very quickly and just feels so much more efficient all round . Thank you

Filled in the online form at 8am and received a very polite call for 10.40 appointment on the day. Only a 5 minute wait at the appointment and the doctor was very good and listened to my problem.

Dr Trehan is amazing! She listens and explains reasoning clearly. She takes a holistic view to health which is exactly how I like to consider my health. The Receptionists are really helpful. The surgery is spotless and a calming ambience with the radio whilst you wait. I feel so blessed to be serviced by Waterfield House - thank you to every single one of you.

I was dealt with very efficiently and sympathetically. Had a problem trying to book a GP appointment online (my fault). I phoned reception explained my situation and the receptionist completed my GP request online at her end and I was given a same-day appointment at 12.00pm, for which I was very grateful. After my GP appointment I checked in at reception to book a future GP appointment and the same person who had assisted me earlier in the morning took time out to explain to me where I had gone wrong on my attempt to navigate an online appointment. She was very friendly and helpful and a credit to the surgery.

The Doctor was knowledgeable and was clinically aware of my diagnosis and amended my medication which made a significantly positive change for me I also asked for an audiology referral the letter from the hospital followed four days later -outstanding thank you -the doctor listened to me and understood my problems -the receptionist also booked another appointment quickly and efficiently thank you again

I was offered an appointment within an appropriate timeframe for my request- 3 working days for a fit note request. The receptionist rang me to give me details of the appointment and accommodated a different time. The clinican was kind.

I contacted the surgery on Friday morning via anima as I had some medical concerns. I was called by the receptionist within the hour and had a face to face appointment with my GP the next morning, a Saturday. I was so happy to be able to see my GP so promptly and the fact that there was a surgery on the Saturday was very impressive. Perhaps more appointments could be offered on a Saturday . My GP listened to my concerns and was able to help in a positive fashion prescribing the medication I required. Thank you.

Booking my first appointment through the Anima system was a seamless experience; I was well-informed throughout the entire process. The punctuality of my appointment was commendable, and it was evident that Ross had thoroughly reviewed my case and consulted with a physician before our discussion, leading to a satisfactory resolution. The integration of Anima service with the NHS app is eagerly anticipated, as it promises to streamline the process further, and I understand it's currently in development. Future enhancements, such as the option to upload blood pressure and blood sugar readings, along with images, could significantly expedite the diagnostic process, potentially in conjunction with an AI system. Having consulted with Ross twice, I have consistently found him to be knowledgeable and adept at addressing my health concerns.
