COPD Annual Review

Each year, we invite our registered COPD patients to schedule a routine check-up with our Practice Nurse during their birthday month. This important appointment helps ensure your well-being and provides an opportunity to address any questions you may have about your COPD.

The check-up will last 20 to 30 minutes and will include a review of your symptoms, a breathing capacity test using a meter, and a check to ensure you are using your inhalers correctly. You may also be asked if you would like a referral to Pulmonary Rehabilitation. There will be ample time for any questions you might have. Please remember to bring your inhaler with you.
